WORK LATE OVERTIME FOODIE SOLUTION Wednesday 25 October, 2017

This post was sponsored Tai Pei, all opinions expressed in my post are my own.

You all know I am always on the go. I am either traveling or at some event. I rarely have time to cook and I am being honest. I love what I do but after the traveling and events, I have to come home and edit these pictures and type up a blog post (like I am doing right now) and there is no time to cook. I may not have a traditional job but I do have a job, and yes I have a job where I work at home but I am not in a kitchen all the time.  I am either at home glued to my computer screen, or I am out and about. Sometimes there is no in-between except hygiene, changing clothes and sleep if I am not working at home. So when I get home and I am hungry what do I do?

I found a quick and easy option for my late night meals with Tai Pei. You all know I am a foodie and one of my favorite cuisines is Asian food! I don’t order take out enough, and why should I? Sometimes I am hungry as soon as I get home and either they are closed or its just too expensive. Most of the time I am too hungry to be waiting on Asian delivery food so I have found that Tai Pei is a great solution to my dinner option while I work.

I am a great multi-tasker so yes even as I am typing up this blog post I am eating and writing and editing photos. I don’t have to whip up something real quick on the stove with these Tai Pei frozen meals. I can put this meal together in less than 10 mins. New packaging also makes Tai Pei quick and simple to prepare in just minutes in the microwave.

Although these are microwavable, I made a personal foodie hack by taking the contents and stove top it and put it back in the container. I feel like cooked without really cooking. Yes I cheat cooked in the kitchen! I didn’t whip a meal for a family, just little old me. I am not judging me, in fact I am happy I found this as a solution because cooking is time consuming! Judge me for cutting corners so I can write and edit…judge away!

Also I know frozen food gets a bad rep but Tai Pei is different.  All Tai Pei frozen entrees are made with real, pure ingredients, and no preservatives or artificial ingredients.

I like the pepper beef options. This the flavor I tried. Tai Pei entrees offer a wide range of choices each made with flavor-infused rice. I want to try the other flavors of Chicken Fried Rice, General Tso Spicy Chicken and Beef and Broccoli. You can get them at most frozen food sections of you grocer so make sure that you check the store locator to see if they have them near you. While shopping for them please use this coupon here which gives you $1 off any Tai Pei single serving bowl.
