Xavier Duckett created The Humble Hustler Company and HMBLE HSTLR by personifying the word “Humble”. Humble is the way we carry out our lives. We reject any need to show off, boast and brag about how great we are. We live and we live humbly. Hustle is the action that takes place on a day-to-day basis for each and every one of us to make it in this world.

Xavier Duckett is the owner of HMBLE HSTLE Clothing, a creative brand in Roanoke,VA. Xavier originally started a non-profit organization called The Humble Hustle Company in 2015 as a way to provide resources and programs in an innovative way for the community. He eventually took took the leap of faith and stepped away from his traditional 9 to 5, and began working full-time on the non-profit and further developing his skills in photography.

Xavier was selling hia tees at local events, festivals, and his own curated pop-up shops to increase awareness for his mission:Keep Giving!

With the success of his non-profit sells of his products, he decided to split his non-profit and create HMBLE HSTLE Clothing in 2017. Currently HMBLE HSTLE Clothing is located in Crafteria Makers Market, A Handmade Foods & Goods marketplace for local brands to sell their items.

The Humble Hustle Company non-profit is still active and which strives to empower black youth and connects diverse communities by creating innovative, inclusive spaces that inspire hope and promote giving. The non-profit has reoccurring local initiatives to “Keep Giving” such as Back-To-School Give Back, Winter Coat Giveaways, & Humble Eats.

There are also sub-programs such as PRETTY Humble Program (cultivates and develops young black women by empowering them through entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and leadership) & The Humble Hikes Program (exposes black youth to the outdoors & empower youth by providing more representation of minorities in the outdoors).
