Meet Monet. The sassiest little 2 year old that is out right now and she is my model for this post. So I was given the opportunity to work with a great brand, Freshly Picked, innovative and modern moccasins for babies and kiddies. When I first got this opportunity, I thought I should pass because, hey I dont have any kids. But me not having and kids shouldn’t stop me for working on a great opportunity. Freshly Picked were seeking out bloggers and photographers who can simply take come great shots of some great shoes. So I raised my hand and participated, because I do want to do more photography with my blog. If you don’t already know…I am not just a blogger, I want to grow into my photographer, and although I am a beginner with starter photography DSL camera…I had to participate and what better subject than a child.
Children are natural photographers and I was so excited to shoot this with my 2 year old cousin Monet. I even went a got her an outfit just for the photoshoot…because with Freshly Picked its not all about the shoes, but how you stylishly put it together. Now below are some of the photo ops that Miss Monet gave me…and let me tell you it wasn’t easy at ALL to shoot with her. There was a playground with kids right around where we were shooting and she just wouldnt focus…because the kids were playing and she wanted to play! But she did give me some hipster shots…

After Monet walked the line…she was getting really antsy and we had to take her to the park. She enjoy herself and running all in her new moccasin. I took some really adorable shots of her enjoying the swings. The bliss of a toddler is priceless.

So clearly you seen Monet enjoying herself in her bright neon pink moccasins. These Freshly Picked moccasins come in a beautiful baggie for preservation and a cute button too. I love products with great packaging and branding. These shoes come in an array of colors and vibrance…its so hard to pick a pair! Freshly Picked, if you didn’t know, got mainstream success by being featured on the popular ABC show Shark Tank…that took this cute independent business to the next level.
Warning: The only concern I did have with the shoes is the minor scuffs that occurred when she played. After all the playing, there was minor wear and tear, but I want to note it was only color scuffle and I think that could be an easy repair. But I would not recommend this on hard/harsh grounds, more so indoor playwear. So just FYI…

These are adorable. I am surprised they didn’t tell you to spray the leather with protector before wearing. That would help with wear and tear and getting stained. These are adorable and I know kiddo, who is 9, would love these hot pink ones!
Oh my! So Many colors to choose from! I think I would go with the stone suede color! They still look like they have that soft feeling while at the same time, making them a little more modern with the gray tone.
My little guy is 6 months old and is starting to get mobile. I’d love to win a pair of the adorable moccasins for him! I really like the weathered brown and stone suede colors
What a cute model for a sweet pair of moccasins. It is good to know that they are best for indoors. I can think of several friends who would love them for their little ones.
