A Glorious Gala with Hendricks Gin Grand Garnisher Tour Wednesday 08 November, 2017
I was invited to a very well present garden party this weekend with Hendrick Gin. Hendrick’s Gin (which is itself infused with cucumber) has, for the past few months, been traveling across the United States with its eye-popping, wondrously strange cucumber slicing device, called The Grand Garnisher, with the sole purpose of offering the most beautifully garnished Hendrick’s Gin cocktails ever to grace a glass.
Since June, The Hendrick’s Grand Garnisher has traveled more than 10,050 miles, visited 10 cities, and sliced upwards of 893cucumbers for the proper garnishment of more than 2,000 Hendrick’s Gin cocktails. They came to Atlanta to bring the amazing garnishing contraption for an exclusive event of a Glorious Gala and Garden Party celebrated around it. It was a great time, I invited my Aunt in which we indulge in amazing cocktails, a beautiful garden ambiance with Hendricks signature decor of roses and English cucumbers, peculiar performances, and more on a beautiful but unusual hot day in Novemember. Clearly it was a perfect day for a Garden Gala, rather usually but Hendrick’s Gin is all about the usual but beautiul. Check out the photo recap.
As you can see my Aunt and I had an amazing time at the Hendrick’s Gin Glorious Gala Garden Party. It was a beautiful indoor and outdoor event to explore and enjoy the weather. Hendrick’s Gin always goes all out with their decor of roses and cumcumber embellishments neatly placed around the venue. A vintage feel in these modern times made the vibe more fun but peculiar as intended. Everyone came to the garden party vintage or garden party attire ready and it just was a beautifully put event to hightlight this amazing huge contraption on wheels which is The Grand Garnisher in which I was happy to experience it all for myself.
The Hendrick’s Grand Garnisher has thus far graced the presence of iconic landmarks including the New York Skyline, Chicago Skyline, Hollywood Sign, Golden Gate Bridge, and the famed Superdome in New Orleans. It will continue making stops in other cities including San Diego, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Denver, CO; Austin, TX; Houston, TX; Dallas, TX; Jacksonville, FL; Tampa; FL; Miami, FL; wrapping up in Washington, D.C.
