Hair in Full Bloom with Sky Organics Thursday 15 April, 2021

My hair is in full bloom this spring like the flowers. I have always had big hair. I haven’t always had big curly, hair but over this last decade or so that’s what I have been known for. You would think more than ten years of learning about my curls I would have how to style them down pat; but no, I am still learning every day! What I do know is my hair acts different with each season.
It is now spring, and my hair seems like it wants to bloom like the flowers. My hair is asking for more sun and to be worn out and proud. It actually cooperates better in the spring months, as the harsh and cold winters dry my hair out and doesn’t make it look as vibrant. In the spring my hair is out of hibernation mode, and it just wants to thrive!

As a wash-and-go girl, an important step to my hair washing routine is to deep condition at least once a week. The Sky Organics Treatment Mask really helped set my curls as it was wet and collaborated well with the Detangling Conditioner. After washing and conditioning my hair, it is very important for me to use the Treatment Mask and let it sit for 30 mins before rinsing. Letting it sit under a dryer on cool for thirty minutes allows the products to really penetrate my hair and help my curls stay defined. After the thirty minutes, I rinse and let it partially air dry.
The Bouncy Curl Cream controls frizz as it shapes and defines curls to bring them back to life. Made with organic castor oil and moisturizing shea butter, this curl styler hydrates, defines, and sculpts curls without weighing them down for a frizz-free and voluminous style.
When my hair is about 50 percent dry, I put on the next important product to set my curls into full bloom which is the Sky Organics Bouncy Curl Cream. A great curl cream after conditioning and the hair mask is very important. While my hair is still slightly damp, I put a small amount of product in my hand, run it through both sides of my hair, and scrunch my hair to define my curls. Be sure to rub it in enough so all of the cream dissolves into your hair and no residue is left!
After my hair fully dries, I am extremely happy with the results! My curls are bouncy and full- just how I love it.
