My National Wing Women Weekend #BeautyBash Party | Birchbox + Benefits Cosmetics Thursday 02 October, 2014
Over the weekend I had the pleasure of hosting a cute #BeautyBash sponsored by beauty brands Birchbox and Benefits Cosmetics. I was selected as one of the few bloggers + hostesses across the nation to celebration National Wing Women Weekend! I know you heard of the term wingman, but wingwomen takes on a whole new meaning! Your partners in crime shine come together to look fab & cute while rocking the best Wing’d liner out. Every girl favorite way to wear their eyeliner is with a chic cat-eye flaired out effect, so now we have our own national holiday to celebrate that! I had a cute theme of a Sunday Sundae Social with exclusive beauty treatments at the Candy Brow Bar in Atlanta.

I’ve introduced Candy on the blog before, as I had my first eyebrow tinting from her a few months ago. She just opened her Candy Brow Bar beauty boutique storefront, in which she specializes in her signature eyebrow waxing and tinting, hair services, makeup, and even henna! Its the ultimate one-stop beauty service space and I knew this was the perfect spot to host the party and introduce the ladies to her services.

I was allowed to select only 5 Wing Women to share this intimate #BeautyBash party with. The five I selected are all bloggers who specializes in beauty, fashion and lifestyle so I know they would enjoy all the beauty treatments and goodies at the event. They all introduced themselves and shared why they all started to blog. Its always fun to have a blogger camaraderie because although we are all different, we are striving to achieve similar goals and to be more successful with our blogs.
After the introductions, all of the ladies got to experience their very 1st eyebrow tinting experience by Candy! Many of us have to fill in our eyebrows daily to achieve the perfect brows, but with the eyebrow tinting process, you can have perfectly filled-in natural brows for up to 2 weeks! I didn’t get mine done that day, because I already had mine freshly tinted the week prior. All of the ladies was in aw of the after results and excited about their new eyebrows (or as the new teeny booper kids call it “Eyebrows on Fleek!”). After the eyebrow tinting experience, all of the ladies got to try out the Benefit Cosmetics They’re Real Push Up Liner to achieve the perfect wing’d eye. I tried it for the 1st time at the event, and I was literally blown away. I’ve never used a liner like this, as it has a flexi-rubber glider for the liner, and you “push up” more product by twisting the base. When I tell you this was the best eyeliner I have used in a long time, this is the REAL deal. It got very close to my lash line and it made my eyes POP! The ladies got to try them as well and we all too come fun photo-ops! I mean whats a party without photos and a booth!
