Ruby Tuesday Raises the Garden Bar for Endless Salads! | #SaladSelfie Friday 26 February, 2016
Today I want to introduce to you all a bar that has been raised tremendously. Ruby Tuesday has raised their bar…their Garden Bar and I got an exclusive media preview of what is in store. I went to Ruby Tuesday on a Tuesday (going up lol) and got a chance to taste some signature menu items as well as their new Garden Bar. Before I get into the Greens…lets get into their other items. I really haven’t ate here in a long time so I wanted to catch up on some new menu items.
Spiked Frozen Strawberry Lemonade UV Vodka blended with real strawberries and tart lemonade.
I started with a Spiked Frozen Lemonade. I am a daquiri girl…and if you want more than this, you can request an upgrade for only a $1! Cheers!
Big Dipper Sampler Southern style chicken tenders, cheese fries, Thai spring rolls, and fried mozzarella.
*NEW* International Shrimp Trio A world of flavor! Asian sweet-yet-spicy Thai phoon, crispy American hand-breaded, and buttery, Mediterranean-inspired scampi served over linguini pasta.
White Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake Rich and creamy cheesecake with chocolate chunks layered with a white chocolate cherry mousse, all atop a chocolate crumb crust.
*NEW* Apple Crumble Flatbread Juicy, fire-roasted Fuji apples atop a crispy flatbread, sprinkled with oatmeal crumble, sweet caramel, and powdered sugar. This is going to be my hands down favorite dessert every time I visit Ruby Tuesday! This new Apple Crumble Flatbread is just delish! Look how much you get, you can at least share this with 8 people if you want! Great portion size for a family or a small group! I would highly recommend ordering this!
Now about this new Garden Bar that Ruby Tuesday has enhanced! I have always known Ruby Tuesday for their extensive Salad (Garden) Bar selection but they decided to improve on it even more.

*Doubled the amount of variety and selection from 34 items to more than 70 fresh ingredients, ranging from fresh greens, raw vegetable toppings, roasted vegetables, marinated vegetables, crispy toppings, as well as hummus, dips and fruits.
*10 new dressings made in house each day in small batches to ensure great taste and high quality.
*The New Garden Bar is part of the Company’s brand transformation initiative and is currently available and advertised through social and digital media in the Atlanta market.

My #SaladSelfie Creation
So this is my #SaladSelfie Creation I made from the new and improved Ruby Tuesday Garden Bar. So what’s in mine? This is Seasonal Kale with Brussel Sprouts Blend, Spicy Roasted Broccoli, Roasted Sweet Peppers. Marinated Artichoke Hearts, Radish Chips, Banana Peppers, Diced Onions, Balsamic Red Onions, Shredded Aged Cheddar Cheese, and Drizzled with Champagne Apple Vinaigrette.
Please take a mental note: The Champagne Apple Vinaigrette is hands down the best dressing at the Garden Bar! I have never tasted a salad dressings so rich and savory such as this one. Best part, its in-house made fresh. Sorry you can’t get this flavor anywhere else but at Ruby Tuesday.

I am very impressed with the new Ruby Tuesday Garden Bar. Yes they definitely raised the bar (pun intended) for me! I will be honest, I do not go to chain restaurants as much as I used to but this was a pleasant surprise. This was definitely an enhanced experience…the salad blew me away. I could honestly eat a Garden Bar salad as a meal. A nice drink and a Salad would do me justice.
The new Ruby Tuesday Garden Bar is only available at Atlanta-area restaurants. The company also offers a program each Tuesday from 5pm to close where kids can get the new Garden Bar or additional kid’s entrees for free. The New Garden Bar is part of the Company’s brand transformation initiative and is currently available and advertised through social and digital media in the Atlanta market.
If you don’t live in Atlanta, I would highly suggest you let your local Ruby Tuesday know how antsy you are to try the Garden Bar in your own city. I’m super picky about my salad bars. I’ve never eaten at a Ruby Tuesday because I try to avoid chain restaurants, but I’m glad to see they have healthy options.
I have not been to Ruby Tuesday in YEARS! I am really trying to eat more veggies right now so this new Garden Bar looks right up my alley! I am going to try it for sure!

I just read your Feb. blog on Ruby Tuesday’s new Garden Bar. I am a former journalist. If you are a blogger that purports to review things you have to try to achieve some objectivity. First you took a freebie which immediately compromises your integrity. That is followed up the expected gushing, totally favorable comments. But you could have also mentioned, were the ingredients at the proper temperature, were they all in fact tasty etc. Otherwise your remarks are meaningless.
Sorry, but your review was less than objective. You also failed to mention that Ruby has eliminated the salad substitution option….so they effectively eliminated me. Who pays for a salad with a meal anyway ?????
I was just at Ruby Tuesday. My kids and I shared some appetizers.
