Don’t let our name fool you, we don’t serve nachos…we serve the MOST INSANE GOURMET NACHOS smothered in queso and salsa made fresh daily, and we guarantee you’ll never find a dry chip!
Nachos nach’yo thing? No worries – we have something for everyone, including all day breakfast, Mexican-American collisions, and a full vegan menu all of which can be paired with our fresh, housemade specialty drinks.
MEXICAN CANDY Casamigos Blanco, mango schnapps & puree, fresh jalapenos, house-made sweet & sour, Tapatio with a Mexican seasoning salt rim.
Flaming Shrimp ½ pound of chipotle lime marinated shrimp served on a sizzling skillet.
After the flame cools down this is the amazing shrimp dish you are left with. What a presentation of shrimp. I have never seen my shrimp lightened ablaze like that before and the experience alone is worth ordering. After the fire show, the flaming shrimp absolutely taste delicious!
Triple Dip Guacamole, queso dip, salsa & chips.
Grilled Mexican Corn Off the Cob Basted in seasoning, cotija cheese, cilantro, garlic mayo & fresh lime.
Daddy’s Wings Full pound of breaded wings tossed with buffalo or BBQ sauce served with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

I had a joke with my friend long ago, that how come they wont make more seafood nachos on menus? Why are we only limited to chicken or beef nachos majority of the time? Well Nacho Daddy solves that issue with this amazing Lobster & Crab Nachos! This was amazing, and to confirm Nacho Daddy does use REAL crab and lobster meat all year round. No imitation ever with these nachos!
Filet Mignon Nachos Grilled filet mignon, refried beans, cheese blend, ranchero sauce, sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole & cilantro on top of our house-made chips.
This is one of the largest loaded nacho spreads I ever seen. The picture might not be doing it justice all the way but trust me when I say this is a mountain of nachos! Fully loaded and if need be, can be shared easily with others!
VEGAN OPTIONS
Vegan Crispy Avocado Street Tacos Three mini corn tortillas filled with crispy beer battered avocado, cabbage slaw, roasted chipotle salsa & pico de gallo. Served with black beans & wild rice.
Now one of the most surprising things about Nacho Daddy is that they have an entire Vegan selections of apps, entrees and deserts. If you are vegan/vegetarian you will have a plethora of options to eat here. These avocado tacos are amazing and whether you are vegan or not, this is a great taco dish to order!

I love that the desserts still go in a traditional Mexican direction. Both of these dishes are really good, and also there are vegan desserts as well!

The food looks amazing, my son would be so excited to give this place a try as he is really into his nachos and burritos. I’m definitely not interested in that scorpion shot, there’s a terrible memory from childhood in there.
Too bad that place opened the same year we moved away from Vegas. I’ll have to check it out if we ever go back to visit. But I ain’t never going to touch a scorpion shot. We get enough of them out here in AZ. You can have it.
