WINKY LUX POP-UP SHOP: AN INSTAGRAM BEAUTY PLAYGROUND IN ATLANTA Thursday 11 October, 2018
Finally Atlanta have Instagram-worthy rooms to play in! If you been following my blog and social media all summer, I had a ball in a few NYC pop-up photo inspired museum that are interactive and made to be posted on social media instantly. This is the era we live in. Everything and everyday is a photoshoot if you want, and Winky Lux Atlanta has made it possible for locals and visitors to have their very own Insta-playground experience for a while in the city!
Whimsical color cosmetics brand Winky Lux opens its fully-immersive Atlanta pop-up on Monday, October 1. This will be the second pop-up for the brand, who launched their first experience store in New York City in August. The Winky Lux Experience will be located at in the stylish Lenox Square Shopping Center for a 6 month pop-up. The beauty brand prides themselves on offering consumers a luxury makeup experience for affordable prices. From hue-driven palettes and silky smooth lipsticks, to fun capsule collections and partnerships, Winky Lux is changing up the way millennials buy beauty products.
WINKY ROOMS
There are a few cute rooms at the Winky Lux pop up shop. It will make you feel like a big kid or even like you are in a music video. Bring your camera phones or actual camera and go all out with these colorful and vibrant rooms! The Atlanta pop-up will feature new and different styled rooms than the original New York City location, along with two bonus rooms and interactive store window.
WINKY LUX BEAUTY PRODUCTS
For each room there is a cute Winky Lux beauty collection theme to go with it. Each room has a mirror and you can actually play in the make-up and prep yourself before a photo shoot. No excuse not to be camera ready now! How many Instagram-worthy pops have make-up to help you out so this is pretty ingenius!
HAVEA PHOTO SHOOT
Go all out. Pick your outfit before you go and take all of the photos. Get your poses together, grab your friend(s) and be each others photographers for the day. We are in the era where everyone loves a good photoshoot so with the perfect backdrops out props, this is a cute place to have some top model moments. Also kids would love this too so bring the kiddies!
NEON SIGNSave
I just have this thing with neon signs so these are fun props to pose by and there are a few of them here at the Winky Lux pop up!

The Winky Lux shop is open Monday- Saturday from 10am-9pm, and Sunday from 11am-7pm. Customers are able to enter past the shop and into the experience for their chance to test out the latest products along with best sellers. So that lip gloss you had your eye on that would look great in your selfie? Now’s your chance. The Winky Lux Experience is located at Lenox Square, 3393 Peachtree Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30326.
