Get ready to Shell-ebrate good times as the original Steamhouse Lounge Oysterfest makes its grand return to Midtown Atlanta for its 37th year on Saturday, February 22nd, and Sunday, February 23rd! Hosted by Rival Entertainment, this event promises seafood lovers an unforgettable weekend filled with steaming buckets of fresh roasted oysters, chargrilled oysters on the half-shell with garlic and parmesan, the famous Steamhouse lobster bisque, crispy fried oyster po’boys, refreshing ice-cold beer, cocktails, and much more.
Just two blocks away from the iconic Steamhouse Lounge beach house at the corner of 11th and West Peachtree, Atlanta’s beloved Oysterfest will feature an impressive lineup of musical talent from across the nation, perfectly capturing the spirit of Atlanta’s favorite street party. This year’s performers include Davis & The Love, Dumpstaphunk, Francisco Vidal, The Happy Hour, Kranberries, The Nth Power, Smokey Jones and The 3 Dollar Pistols, and Sucker Punch.
Weekend tickets for the 37th Annual Steamhouse Lounge Oysterfest are now available for $25, plus fees, granting access to two days of live music. Attendees can purchase fresh oysters, Gulf Coast seafood, Steamhouse’s renowned lobster bisque, and a variety of beverages from bars and stations throughout the festival grounds. Single-day tickets for Sunday are priced at $20, plus fees. For a smoother experience, advance tickets displayed on smartphones allow for express entry and can be purchased at www.steamhouselounge.com.
The event is open to those aged 21 and up, with attendees under 21 permitted if accompanied by an adult aged 25 or older. All guests over 12 must have a ticket for entry. Please note that Oysterfest is a cashless event; all transactions at gates, bars, and restaurants will only accept credit or debit cards. To ensure a hassle-free experience, patrons are encouraged to take MARTA to the 10th Street Midtown Station.
The 37th Annual Steamhouse Lounge Oysterfest also supports the Atlanta Leadership Club, which empowers leaders from underserved communities in Atlanta, Shells To Shore, an oyster shell recycling initiative based in Athens, and Giving Kitchen, which provides emergency assistance to food service workers through financial support and a comprehensive network of community resources.
