It’s Music Festival Season and I am excited for a special one coming up soon in Atlanta. The 5th Annual ONE Musicfest is back with some powerhouse artist and I am too excited for this line-up. Before I divulge in the amazing performers who will be in attendance this year, can I confess that I’ve personally never attended an official music fest? No seriously I haven’t…and this will be my first one and I want YOU to come with me. Yes you can come as well and bring a friend for I am hosting a giveaway for this event!
So why should you enter the contest? Ok let me go ahead and breakdown who will be there: Kendrick Lamar, Amel Larrieux, Method Man and Redman, Bilal, Daley, Jhene Aiko and more.
Hello? Is that not a great musical line up or what? I mean I am losing it because I am a NAS fanatic…this will be legendary for me. Nas is one of hip-hop’s fnest gotta get near that energy. And what about Kendrick Lamar? One of the best new rappers in the industry, he is a lyrical genius. Amel Larrieux will be special, I remember when she was in the group Groove Theory when I was 9 years old (I am so telling my age) and I had that CD on repeat. Smooth R&B at it’s finest (maybe I can get an interview).

WHO THE HECK WOULDN”T WANT TO GO TO A MUSIC FEST IN ATLANTA WITH THE HOTTEST LINEUP where you will see some of the most beautiful people in Atlanta, living and enjoying life so hard?! !
I would love to attend ONE Music Fest because it is an amazing music festival with an out of this world lineup. I love that this festival not only has big names but also features up and coming talented artist and gives them exposure. I can’t wait to see people like Kendrick Lamar and Amel Larrieux live! 11 hours of music sounds like heaven.

This summer I started a challenge with my sister called the disposable camera project. This summer we have been documenting our life adventures with hope of creating a scrapbook or photo album at the end of the year. With the rise of social media memories are being lost and we would like to change that! Winning these tickets will not only enhance my life but create lasting memories. At the end of this year when im finally ready to put my book together I hope images from this concert will be in there. Once my book is complete i want to spread the word and inspire others.. This concert is bigger than me, it will help me build a dope movement in hopes people will put down their phones and pick up a camera.
Lol, where to begin. …oh yes the Illamtic album, I was 9yrs old when this legendary addition to hip hop was givin to me by an older cousin of mine. He said “you need some realism in ya soul” That was the day I fell in love with the hip hop that was within myself. My new name was T-lo …lol, typing that made me laugh instantly just now. I battled everything and person that rhymed. an artist was born and continues to grow inside. To this day I vowed to Show my appreciation and thanks to the seed planter of tandyology my music tree ” Nas”. though thats unlikely to happen at this show, I belive that a dreamer tmust first show up for the dream…..plus I think Kendrick is a beast and I just gotta hear “Money Trees” in person. Me and my Camera will make this a night that breaths forever. I really wish I could afford to go myself….but im just trying to stand on my own 2 feet right now.
Im also doing a documentary about music and the growth of the media in Atlanta, this would make for some perfect footage. all the proceeds for the documentary goes to Guitars not gunsoorganization, they provide under privileged kids with Guitars and lessons….its goung to be great…

So.. I follow your blog because I did an internship for Sheen and I found out about you there. I am in the process of redesigning/rebranding my blog and its inspiring to see someone young and relatable doing something that I want to do. I started listening to Kendrick Lamar because I am completely OBSESSED with J. Cole and as a freshman in high school. I had a friend who was just as obsessed with Kendrick Lamar. We traded mix tapes for a week. Lol. That was ALL that it took! I have loved Kendrick Lamar ever since and I would love to take her to see him!
Two of my goals this year was to see Kendrick Lamar & Jhene Aiko in concert, I’m a huge fan of both & I haven’t had the chance to see them, this music festival would be the perfect chance for me to see them both on the same day! It would mean a lot to me if I won!
I’ve always loved Jhene Aiko and Kendrick Lamar, but as a college student, I never have to the money to go do anything fun. It kinda sucks sometimes being a student in Atlanta when you can’t do much.
I would love to win because I’m a huge music junkie. Amel Larrieux is my favorite and I’ve traveled to see her in concert 4 rimes. I’m trying to set a record. I didn’t get to attend last year because I lost my job in September. I reallyyyy want these tickets. I’m buying my plane ticket soon with hopes that I’ll win.
I would like to be selected to attend the ONE Musicfest because I am a music fanatic! I literally live, eat, sleep, breath music and I am a huge fan of concerts and festivals. I have surrounded a career around my passion for entertainment & music centered around Hip-Hop (whom the headliners are artist of). I claimed earlier in the year the I would see Nas perform in his 20th year of celebrating his debut album Illmatic that allowed for artist like Kendrick Lamar to have not only commercial success, but lyrical power and success in the Hip-Hop industry. Even though I am fans of many of the other artist on the roster, seeing Nas perform, especially during his 20th anniversary year is like a dream to me and would be totally epic!

Im in ATL now and it would be my first One Musicfest… I love Nas so that would be my highlight but the entire line-up is great!
