Kiss for a Cause + Puffs Kiss Event Atlanta Tuesday 19 March, 2013
I attended an amazing event with Puffs Tissue who launch an amazing social media campaign for a cause.Puffs introduced the Virtual Kisses campaign to me and other fellow bloggers to help the non-profit organization Dress for Success at Adore Salon in Atlanta,GA.
Now everyone knows I am the self-proclaimed social media-lite so I immediately go excited about the campaign and wanted to learn more. I truly enjoy when brands embrace social media tactics to broadcast a campaign, and even better when it’s for a good cause. During the event, a couple of women from Dress for Success’ Atlanta program received complimentary beauty makeovers at Adore Salon to look their professional best with new hairstyles, make-up & manicures.
They were also giving complimentary manicures for the blogger attendees. You know I couldn’t pass up a free manicure!
Hairstylist from Real Housewives of Atlanta made a surprise appearance and also help assisted with the ladies hair makeovers for the campaign.
That’s not all. Puffs even donated a check of $100,000 made out Dress for Success! What a charitable brand!
Celebrity actress & former BET’s “The Game” actress Tia Mowry kicked-off the campaign by blowing her own kisses with Puffs Valentines day “Puff and Dress For Success, Kisses” event at the Blushington Salon, in Los Angeles.

So what can you do to help? To participate in the interactive campaign, go to Puff’s Facebook page and pick from a variety of virtual smooches to send to loved ones. For every kiss sent, the Puffs will donate $1 to Dress for Success.
