My Drag Queen Birthday Brunch | Lips Atlanta Thursday 13 February, 2014
My birthday festivites ended with a fun-filled brunch. Mostly all my friends love brunch, but I bet they never had a brunch like this! A Gospel Drag Queen Brunch at that! OMG when I heard about this place, I new instantly this was going to be incorporated in my birthday plans. It was a great decision and I believe my friends who attended would say the same! I partied with the Queen on a Sunday Funday!
Sunday Brunch means the Queens performed and dressed in Sunday’s Best attire.
Of course I had to dress a little gaudy for the queens. This is definitely not my Sunday’s Best, but all Queens love sparkly and sequins. It was my birthday so it was only appropriate (I would NEVER go to church like this FYI). I have been to a drag queen show prior, but this was a totally different experience. I felt like I was at church with the Queens. We even had tambourines and everything to celebrate along with them. I was so happy!
I got the Chicken and Waffles Brunch combo. It was yummy! The meals here are super affordable your brunch + drink of choice comes up to 14.95+tax. Anything else is al a carte and additional but you can’t beat that!
THE QUEEN GOSPEL SHOW
eThe best part about my entire brunch were all my fun friends! Everyone who came out are great spirited young women who like to have fun and do new things like me! Everyone showed me so much love and I love each and every person genuinely!
I felt like I was in Betsey Johnsonville. You guys know how much I love Betsey Johnson! This place is beyond beautiful.
If I could be any Barbie for my Birthday it would be Drag Queen Barbie. The Queen sure do know how to have fun! This was hands down one of the best birthday celebrations and fun extravagance. I definitely recommend this place for a birthday gather or a girls night out event! Too much fun and fabulousness. I am glad I celebrated here.
Love your favorite blogger,
This looks a fun place. Will definitely have to put it on my list of places to visit the next time I’m in Atlanta!
