Staying Active While on Vacation with prAna Tuesday 19 September, 2017

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of The bLink Marketing Network and prAna. The opinions and text are all mine.

Hey you all I am reporting live with you all from Carnival Cruise ship. My second year exclusivity traveling blogging for them and I am having a great time. One thing I knew before coming to Carnival this year that I have to be aware of my “figure”. Yes I know summer is basically over, and everyone summer “goals” either been met or not but I am trying to maintain my weight properly while I am here. I am not sure if you ever been on a cruise but one of the perks is all of the eating you on ship. All day long. So as you can see, it would be easy to bring back home some vacay weight, and this year I want to manage that better.

So how I going to maintain my weight while on ship will be to keep active. I was very conscious of this while packing my bags to have some workout gear because I usually always forget when I go on a cruise. Not this year and I found a cute and comfy active wear brand by prAna that was perfect for my trip! prAna designs clothing that looks good but is versatile enough for any lifestyle and any adventure, yes even on a cruise ship.

So its already day two and its sea day, so perfect day to actually work out! I am not going to lie to you all I am not the most athletic, I am more of a jogging kind of girl. Since I wont be always to do much jogging I did some simple stretches and minor workout techniques that didnt require much space or activity. The boat is rocky at time so its hard to keep a balance at times but I did it! What I love about the prAna clothing is that its so comfortable. I dont feel restricted and I can move freely, and they are aesthetically adorable to me. They focus on the details, and aren’t afraid to go bold when it comes to colors and whimsical patterns. They’ve combine classic style with modern materials and mindful of where and how their creations are made.

I love the criss cross design of the yoga pant. I thought it was a cute tough to these work out yoga pants.

I am no where near a yogi, I am attempting my best to do more yoga and learn more poses. I am trying you all! I really am, give me a few months and I can do more poses. This is all I have for now! I am proud of myself for this pose alone, because again, the boat is moving and balancing is hard here, but I did it!

After working out in the sun, let me be honest. I took a nap! Yup I know I am on vacation, but I need naps! They had awesome cabanas where I was stretching and working out, so perfect spot to relax. I didn’t over-do my workout, as I stated it was light, but the sun was draining me enough. I took an hour nap afterwise in the active wear. Still very comfy. The prAna attire can double as lounge wear as well. Its that comfortable.

prAna’s mission is to give people the option of reaching into their closet and dressing in items that reflect who they are. The versatile but classy clothing design makes for outfits that can be worn to work or on an adventure. While prAna clothing is made to accommodate any adventure, the items are first and foremost mindfully made in order to support fair trade and sustainable practices. prAna actually has only one core belief, and that is to give back more than we take from the world, learn more about that here.

I love prAna’s commitment to sustainability, community, and doing right while having a active clothing brand for active people or travelers like myself. Learn more about the prAna brand at prana.com
