I don’t know about you, but I am too busy to consider myself a health fanatic. No I am not gym crazy, I dont do 5ks, I will not lie and say I have a healthy food regimen or diet either. I am trying to be healthy…but life is getting the best of me. Cookies and chocolate is getting the best of me sometimes don’t judge me. I feel like I am on the go too much to be as consistent as I want to get in the “healthy groove”, but I am getting old and my body’s metabolism is slowing up; mother natures way of telling me I need to do better with my body and overall health. I think there is a misconception of what health looks like and how it should be done. It isnt all about daily cardio and sweat for fitness to be “healthy”. There are other ways to stay healthy and have a overall well being with other alternatives too.

So before you beat yourself up for not having a gym membership or if counted all your steps today and calories, I came up with 6 Easy Health Hacks for Ladies (Like Me) Who Are Trying To Do Better. You have to start somewhere right? I hope this list makes it less intimidating for you.


Apple-cider-vinegar-shots #1 Morning Detox Shots

Do you absolutely hate mornings like me? Don’t be so quick to grab that morning coffee daily, we all know how caffeine is the opposite way to start your day health wise. If you need a better way to perk up and help you detox impurities out of your system I highly recommend the ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) morning detox shot. I love detox water and a great way to drink your water is with infusing it. You can using infuse your water overnight with any fruit, cucumber,mint,etc…but I figured what if batches of infused ice cubes were made. It would make drinking infused water easily, as the ice melted you will get your detox water this way! Simple!


#4 Oil Pulling

I know this sounds weird but oil pulling is a method to pull the toxins and impurities out of your mouth. People were oil pulling before there was a such thing as toothpaste and whitener, so yes this is an awesome way to improve your oral health as well. It will seem kind of gross at first but overtime you will see the prolong benefits.
