{Event Recap} Think Like A Man Too Motions & Walmart Party Friday 13 June, 2014
I had the pleasure of being apart of an amazing event this week to promoting a huge movie franchise toThink Like A Man Too. The movie is doing lots of promo and press, and I was happy to help with the Atlanta festivities with a Vegas Style Girls Night Out event. I did see the first Think Like A Man movie, two years ago, and I am so amp about the sequel and do something fun to spread the word. Think Like A Man Too is sponsored by Motion Hair and the event was held at Walmart Supercenter on Gresham Rd. in Atlanta.
I co-hosted this event with two fellow bloggers, Stacey (The Sistah Chick) and West (Confessions of A Blog Vixen) and we really had a ball. We hosted several giveaways for amazing Gift Baskets worth over $300 in prizes each, gave 100 Motion Hair products bags and 100 tickets to see Think Like A Man Too pre-screening with the stars.
It was a great turn-out! It was a line full of people on a mid-day Tuesday, so it was great to see people come out for the event and enthusiastic about the movie and the giveaways!
Twitter Contest
There was so much twitter action going on at the event to win some awesome prizes! The bloggers and myself asked different beauty questions in which they had to tweet their responses to our handles using hashtags #tlam2 #walmart #motions
Giveaway Winners
Do you see the giftbaskets these winners received? I was truly jealous…I mean Kiwi green with envy of the goodie baskets they received! Each basket included several beauty items such as new Chi flat-irons, $50 Walmart Giftcard, $50 Opentable.com giftcard, Motion hair products, accessory purse, and 4 additional tickets to see the pre-screening of Think Like a Man Too. if that isn’t an amazing giftbasket, I don’t know what is! So happy for all the winners who won via our beauty twitter contests!

This guy with us, Kevin, basically rocks! He supported us the entire event via social media and we excited for the event. He kept saying he didn’t care if he was the only guy that he was excited for the film and wanted to support this event. Thanks for coming Kevin!! We loved your energy!! xoxo
I love this shot. This was very creative I love photo capturing shots. The lady on my left is Ashley (my videographer for the day) and to my right is Sandie (my Sheen Magazine buddy).
I had a blast at the event. Everyone know I love a good photo op and socializing with people! The kiddies came to the event and pretty much stole the show! They wanted their pictures taken on the step and repeat it was so cute! Check out the rest of the images in the gallery below!
Overall this was an amazing event. Thanks to the ladies who hosted with me and to Candace & Jessica (event coordinators). We made a great team and everyone who came, was a winner! Thanks to Lunchbox,LLC for coordinating the event. Great vibes and positive energy and it was a successful event!
