Adr’ian Guillaume, owner of Unique Syrups, chef and mixologist is changing the way upscale people drink with his own line of custom made syrups. I attended a huge duo celebration party for the brand & the launch of his new mobile app which was sponsored by Svedka Vodka.

Guests were treated with tasty signature drinks and beautiful fruit spreads on a gorgeous rooftop scenery at the popular Atlanta location The Venue. Adr’ian is actually a good friend of mine, and I am so proud of him and his journey. I want to highlight his products of “unique” crafted & homemade signature syrups that can take any drink and/or food dish to the next level of your tastebud palate.

2 ounces vodka
2 ounces Simply Raspberry Lemonade juice
1 ounce raspberry puree, strained*
1 ounce lemon ginger Unique Syrup
Dash of sparkling wine
Raspberry, to garnish
Peach slices, to garnish
Directions:
1. Mix all of the ingredients except the sparkling wine in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake. Pour into a glass and top with sparkling wine.
2. Garnish with fresh raspberries and peach slices.
Note: Make raspberry puree by smashing fresh raspberries using a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon and then strain to collect an ounce of the liquid.

I have never heard of this syrup before but glad to see that it has no artificial flavors, no artificial colors and no artificial sweeteners, and do not contain any preservatives. That’s a plus in my book!
I would love to try Unique Syrups. They do seem very unique but yet something that would be great tasting, especially for a nice summer drink. Looked like a fun event.

I all of a sudden want a good drink! I am getting ready to go in the back yard and read while the kids play and a drink sounds amazing!
