TRUE FOOD KITCHEN FALL MENU
Start your True Food Kitchen experience with a seasonal drink selection. The Herbalist (gin, orange, honey, chamomile, lemon), Apple Lemonade (non-alcoholic) and La Paloma (organic tequila, pamplemousse, Aleppo salt, honey). These drinks are only available for the fall/winter season.
Butternut Squash Soup
Every fall dish should start with a savory soup. This butternut squash soup is vegan, gluten free and adorned infused on top and within the dish with sage. Wow I am so impressed with this!
Seasonal Ingredient Salad
This seasonal ingredient salad includes butternut squash, cauliflower, brussels sprout, cannellini bean, organic kale, toasted mulberry, pomegranate, horseradish vinaigrette. I added the shrimp but traditionally it is without it, which makes it vegan and gluten free.
Butternut Squash Pizza
Another creative way to incorporate butternut squash and a pizza is a new way to try it. This butternut squash pizza includes caramelized onion, roasted garlic, organic kale, house-made vegan almond ricotta, dried cranberry, sage.
Grilled Sustainable Salmon
This entrée is the grilled sustainable Salmon which includes cauliflower polenta, grilled broccolini, snap pea, edamame, zucchini, pickled red onion, miso, cashew, chili thread. This is a gluten free dish.
Shrimp Tacos
Shrimp tacos as an entrée includes smashed avocado, cilantro chimichurri, pickled red onion, Anasazi bean. This meal is gluten free.
Squash Pie
This is my favorite dish of them all! Another way to creatively divulge with a butternut squash creation! True Food Kitchen did an amazing job with their Squash Pie. Yes this pie is the fall treat I have been waiting for all year. Move over pumpkin and sweet potato pie, you have to try this Squash Pie! This Squash pie is completely vegan made with butternut squash, graham crust, coconut whipped cream.
