{Foodie Recap} Einsteins Spring Dinner Preview Monday 23 March, 2015
The wonderful media outlet at BE Magazine invited a handful of executive press gathered at Atlanta’s popular Midtown eatery Einstein’s as Chef Jaaion Barnes unveiled their new upcoming spring menu. Chef Jaaion (a proud New Orleans native) explained his role as the menu “fixer”, detailing each amazing dish on the new spring menu, which had hints of bayou based cuisine. As food bloggers, journalists, and industry tastemakers entered the private media dinner tasting, they were treated to refreshing cocktails as they looked on and snapped photos of select dishes from the new menu served family style samples of each plate. This was my first time at Einstein’s so I was really excited to try out the food options.
