Eat Fresh from the Sea of Greece to Atlanta at Kyma | Buckhead Wednesday 16 June, 2021
Kyma is a contemporary seafood tavern with an inventive yet approachable menu that is true to its Mediterranean origins. Kyma’s dazzling constellation display on the deep blue ceiling, white marble columns, and bold fresh fish display are dramatic while the inviting patio offers an ideal setting for savoring a glass of Greek wine.
We were treat to a personal chef served dinner by Chef Pano. He provided us with an immaculate selection of 5 appetizers + 1 palette cleaner + 1 main course + 4 desserts + a few signature cocktails.
SIGNATURE COCKTAILS
Elemera: don julio blanco, mezcal, pineapple, fresh lime juice, fresh jalapeno
Morpheurs: BLRG barr hill gin, elderflower, lavender, lemon, hibiscus flower
Greek Ceviche
Greek Calamari // sautéed ribbons of calamari with zucchini, olives and capers, saffron yogurt
Signature Grilled Octopus // oak-wood gilled, marinated red onions, greek olives and capers
Sautéed Scallops // sautéed scallops over yellow split pea puree “santorini fava”, marinated red onions, capers

This is a restaurant I would love to visit. The food sounds wonderful and is well presented. I love their version of the calamari.
