Beginning at noon, the blocked-off parking lot to the vibrant Grant Park Latin-inspired haunt will transform into a sun-soaked fiesta. With swift counter service at the roll-up windows, guests are invited to indulge in a specialty menu created by Executive Chef Shaun Whitmer featuring Citrus Adobo Chicken, Chicken Tinga Tacos, street corn, tofu tacos and more. An outdoor walk-up bar will be serving refreshing options like Dos XX, Tecate, House Margaritas, Premium Herdura Margaritas and more.
