WHERE TO EAT IN MYRTLE BEACH FOR THE SUPER FOODIE Thursday 13 April, 2017
I returned to Myrtle Beach again, and I learned from last year it is quite the foodie city. I had to come back and see more spots and do a few review. So Kiwi the Foodie is back and showing you all the Super Foodie Spots in this city. I am highlighting 3 top tier spots in town; The Wicked Tuna, Gordos Tacos and Tequila and The Noizy Oyster. Im giving you a warning now, its three locations but I did a foodie haul and tasting so its an abundance of food shots in this post. I hope you are not too hungry as you ready along.
The Wicked Tuna
The Wicked Tuna focuses on bringing fresh, exciting, and creative cuisine to Murrells Inlet. That all starts with what we call “Hook to Plate”, fresh every day local seafood
Every week our fishing fleet heads out to the Atlantic ocean sourcing the freshest grouper, mahi mahi, seabass, and snapper off the carolina coast. Every fish we serve is caught local by our own boats and then cleaned and prepped on-site in our Fish House before bringing it upstairs to the kitchen.

Gordos Tacos and Tequila
Gordo’s Tacos & Tequila has dozens of authentic and creative taco choices along with a dazzling array of premium tequilas. Gordo’s Tacos & Tequila is located on the opposite corner from another Bondfire restaurant, The Chemist – Craft Cocktails & Modern Cuisine. They have over 50 mouthwatering and affordable gourmet taco, appetizer and entree choices with beef, chicken, pork, seafood and fresh vegetables.
The Noizy Oyster
The Noizy Oyster, a friendly little seafood joint serving delicious food in Myrtle Beach, SC, has been named to a list of top seafood restaurants by Vacation Idea, a “Dream Vacation Magazine.” The Noizy Oyster menu is full of Lowcountry favorites, like hushpuppies with honey butter, she crab soup, shrimp and grits, fried oysters, fried chicken, Po Boy sandwiches, seafood platters and Lowcountry Boil. A few new menu surprises include boutique oysters shucked by hand as you order, seafood nachos, fresh wild-caught fish sandwiches, lobster roll, St. Louis ribs, smothered chicken, chocolate toffee mousse cake and crème brulee cheesecake.
