My all time favorite day of the week is Saturday!

Saturday is offically the weekend and it’s definitely the best day of the week. Fridays you still have to get up early and go to work, and Sunday you can relax but you have to get ready for the dreaded Monday.

Saturdays you can sleep in, stay out all night if you like – its really everyone’s free day to play and enjoy themselves to the fulliest because no work that day or the next day.

Days of the week shouldn’t revolve around work/school schedule, but for 90% of the world thats what our lives consist of. I think Saturdays gives every a pass not to think about work/school unless of course you have to work that day. I don’t usually have boring Saturdays because there is ALWAYS something to do on that day.

As you may already know from reading my blog or knowing me personally, I attend lots of events (especially during the week). Contrary to popular belief, if there isn’t an event, I reserve this date for friends, family and dates!

I do NOT like to club/party unless it’s a birthday party, so you will not see me around the city living it up in a nightlife scene. I worked at a Hookah lounge for a year, in which it was opened until 5am and I wouldn’t go home until 6am most weekends. It made me realize the nightlife is NOT for me, along with I did lots of partying during college.

A nice Saturday for me is doing anything new and spontaneous. Whether its a festive, a new movie, a new spot to eat, a house gathering (Game Night!), shopping, or doing something new and exciting – this is what I reserve my Saturdays for. I live for Saturdays!
