Ignore the discoloration on the box – an error that happened via shipping
Another happy mail experience in the form of a beauty box! Yay!This is my first Boxycharm box. I have tried lots of subscription boxes in the past, but this one was definitely a great surprise for any beauty lover like myself. This particular box I got is the December “Jingle Belles” box. I know it’s January now, my package came late in the mail due to holiday delays. It doesn’t matter, the products provided in this particular box is great to use all year round! With any subscription box its a new product in each package and maybe something new you never purchased before. All the more to add to my beauty product junkie obsession (I’m still waiting for you to find me the rehab for it).

There was mostly full sized products and one travel size product in this box of goodies. All great products to have on the go and mostly all of these items are things I never tried before. It was exciting to unbox and below are the description of all the items I received.

Eyelashi Mink Lashes -Mink material makes high quality, soft, natural, comfortable strip lashes that are perfect for everyday wear. These lashes are made from real fur which collected cruelty-free and can be worn up to 40x! So basically I don’t have to discard these after usage, I can wear these again which is pretty cool! Be a Bombshell Lip Product – Full Size Retail Price = $14
Be A Bombshell Lip Gloss – Offers long lasting lip color and high shine with smooth finish. I will be honest I didn’t really like this gloss for myself. It looks pigmented more in the the gloss casing verses on my lips. It’s more glitter than color, but the good news is I was able to give it away to someone who begged me for it! Mistura Beauty Solutions Retractable Beauty Brush The ultra-soft synthetic hair bristles pop out from the handle. I haven’t used this brush yet, but a retractable brush is always convenient to compact in my makeup bag to fit in my purse for travel. Eva NYC Hungry Hair Oil Treatment This is a product great for all hair types. This oil is made from Kevaris protein and Argan oil to intensely nourish, hydrate and smooth strands for daily usage. I love a good hair oil for my scalp and I actually can’t wait to start using this! I think in this particular round not everyone got an oil, some people received a shampoo so this brand has an array of hair beauty products- but I am happy for the oil! www.eva-nyc.com
Coastal Scents Reveal Palette – Full Size Retail Price=$39.95
Coastal Scents Reveal Palette A slim palette that holds a collection of twenty nude and metallic shadows allowing for easy on-the-go application. I was really excited to see this in the box. First of all I love coastal scents, and have purchased many of the products. They are known for having great pigments makeup and a very affordable price, cheaper than the leading beauty brands with the same style. This palette reminds me very much of Urban Decay’s Naked palettes so if you don’t want to dish the bigs for that or its out of stock (and it is alot) this is a great alternative! www.coastalscents.com
Overall this was a great box! Mostly full-sized items which is a super plus. I’ve gotten some boxes and they were mostly sample sizes and nothing to rave about. I’m going to use 4 out of the 5 products given to me. As I stated before, I gave my lipgloss to someone else because it wasn’t pigments enough for me, but hey it was a treasure to the person who obtained it. The Coastal Scents palette was my absolute favorite and I can definitely use these shades on a regular basis. Coastal Scents is a great brand so I was excited to get this in my box! Boxcharms is a wonderful beauty box to subscribe to and if you are into looking for new products, this is a great place to discover new items on the market.

I’ve heard great things about boxy charm but I haven’t tried yet. It looks great and I love the full sized products. I love that Palette. I would be thrilled with this box I think even though I’m not much of a make up gal!
I have not heard of this subscription service before!!! I love the colors on the palette it’s a nice color collection. I have never tried fake eyelashes before are they heavy? Nice looking box!!
Wow, that box is only $21/month?! Look at the eyeshadow palette you recieved in there, that’s awesome. I used to be subscribed to SO many Canadian beauty boxes (I think 4 at one time) and I’ve since canceled them, and am slowy chipping away at using up all the samples 🙂
I love the color variety for the coastal scents reveal palettes. I actually don’t think this is a bad idea for $21 a month, especially since it is really never good to leave makeup products around for a long time, plus you get to sample new things each month to see what works best for you. I like this concept a lot!
The Eyeylashi Mink Lashes looked so glamorous and full of drama as they appear to be thick. I haven’t tried sticking fake lashes to my lash line so definitely I gotta try that one soon and see the grand result. Lip gloss with too much shine is not for me, too. I think it might be worth it. I’m afraid to try new things from the store, so this might just be the way to try new products.

I absolutely love Boxycharm. I’ve had this subscription for about 6 months and have been so happy with it – there have been some misses, like the Cult Nail polish, but the rest has been pretty awesome 🙂
