My dinner experience at Allora was amazing! It had so many ranges of high quality flavors and experiences. I want to say the Cauliflower soup surprised me. It was an amazing experience as the taste of kale and golden raisins were a beautiful blend for the soup. I am always a fan of brussel sprouts, and the touch of ricotta shaved on top was delicious. Everything I ate was a exquisite savory experience. All of the pasta is hand-made in house, and of course the margheritas are hand-toss and created in the ALLORA kitchen, so it is a true Italian location with a city charm and romantic ambiance. Speaking of romance, this would be the perfect place to have Valentines in Atlanta.
