Newest member of R&B Divas Atlanta Meelah Williams threw at dual party in Atlanta, for she has lots to celebrate! Celebrity Stylist and Owner of REVEL, Julian Lark introduced us to his new line, the Heartbreaker Collection. R&B Diva of ATL, Meelah Williams hosted the sexy event while introducing guests  to her signature lipstick “Complicated”. Guests enjoyed the first episode of the singer on R&B Divas Atlanta New Season.

Special Guests included R&B Group Blaque, SWV’s Coco, RL of Next, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, Bo Talley, members of 112 and Jagged Edge and more. Guests were able to enjoy the sounds of DJ Nephu and experience the great dishes and drinks of Buckhead Bottle Bar.

Literally my R & B Dreams came true this night! You guys have no idea how much I love 90s R & B like it pretty much sums up my life. So When Jagged Edge & Blaque, 90s R&B groups, I had an epiphany…like all the 90s group should go on a mega tour! Can we make this happen please? I am begging…R&B today is too much twerk not enough…singing…lol

I actually got to interview her prior to this event for Sheen Magazine, so it was great to catch up with her in person. Meeting her just brought so many memories for me as a kid. From listening to 702’s “Steelo” (which also was remixed into Cousin Skeeter’s theme song – throwback I know), “Get It Together“,  “You Don’t Know“, and their mega-hit “Where My Girls At?” So it’s been almost a decade since 702 has been broken up, and although I am sad there will not be a reunion in the near future, I am happy for Meelah to step out and get back into the industry. Hopefully their won’t be too much drama on the show from her…she is a down to earth girl!

So as the face of Revel by Julian Lark, she has her own signature lip stick called “Complicated” which is a bright shade of hawt pink. Seems like a cute color, hopefully I will get a chance to review it here shortly.
