Comcast has named Quiana Pinckney as the Vice President of Employee Communications at its Central Division Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. In this position, Pinckney will play a crucial role within the Division Communications team, spearheading the advancement, implementation, and evolution of strategic employee communications initiatives.

Quiana Pinckney, an accomplished communications leader, brings over 20 years of experience in corporate communications, crisis management, and impactful storytelling. Her most recent role was as the Vice President of Corporate Communications at EmployBridge (EB), a prominent workforce solutions provider. At EB, she spearheaded communications and public relations efforts and played a pivotal role in delivering engaging experiences through compelling narratives.

Before her tenure at EB, Pinckney served as the Head of Strategic Communications and Public Relations for HD Supply, a subsidiary of The Home Depot. In this capacity, she directed comprehensive communications strategies, managed merger and acquisition communications, handled community relations, and led executive positioning initiatives. Throughout her career, she has taken on progressively more significant roles at prominent organizations such as Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP, and The Powell Group.

Pinckney holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, a master’s degree from George Washington University, and obtained accreditation from the Universal Accreditation Board of Public Relations (APR) – PRSA in 2015. In 2019, she was recognized on the Georgia chapter of the Public Relations Society of America’s (PRSA) inaugural “Forty Under 40” list, celebrating the state’s most talented young communications professionals. Additionally, Pinckney contributes as a board member of the Georgia Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and actively participates in various community and charitable organizations.
