PETER RABBIT 2 Storytime with David Oyelowo – Little Rabbit, Big City! Friday 27 August, 2021
Peter is one of the most mischievous rabbits you’ll ever meet. And he certainly can’t shake that. Despite having friends and a good life, he decides to go on another adventure in Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway.
David Oyelowo, reads an excerpt from the Peter Rabbit book, Little Rabbit, Big City”! This is the perfect for a bedtime story for the kids as we get ease into back-to-school mode. Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway became available for purchase on DVD, Blu-ray, and Ultra HD Blu-ray on August 24 after debuting in theatres in June. Fans of Peter, Bea, Thomas, and the whole family can also now hear the new story read by actor David Oyelowo.
Oyelowo rose to prominence for portraying Martin Luther King Jr. in the biographical drama film Selma(2014). He is also known for roles in tv and movies such Nightingale (2014), The Butler (2013), A United Kingdom (2016) , Queen of Katwe (2016), Rise of the Planet of the Apes (2011), Lincoln (2012), Red Tails (2012), and Jack Reacher (2012) and Dont Let Go (2019).
David Oyelowo is also in the film’s sequel Peter Rabbit 2: THE RUNAWAY

This is so cool! My boys read every night so it would be fun to have someone else read to them like this. We haven’t seen the first movie but I’ll have to try to find it for my kids, I think they would like it.

David Oyelowo is a great actor I bet he reads the story well. I can see that kids would love hearing this before bedtime

My little one enjoyed the first movie quite a lot! We are looking forward to seeing this one. This and Paddington have become favourites at home
We saw this movie in the cinema and the kids really enjoyed it! Peter Rabbit gets up to so much mischief.
