I had an amazing weekend as I had a fun brunch spent with the awesome shoe brand, ShoeDazzle. I was invited to have brunch at the French inspire restaurant in Atlanta called Cafe Lapin, and the ShoeDazzle party was hosted by fellow blogger Marie of The Curvy Fashionista. I’ve always been interested in this concept but I never owned a pair of their shoes yet…
When I was invited to the brunch party I was like cool I love brunch of course I would go! But there was an added perk…they sent me shoes to wear to the event! ::SCREAMS:: Amazing I was so pumped up, like don’t ever tell a girl you are sending her shoes to go to an event…she is going to show up and show out! I considered this an early birthday gift and I even got a chance to pick out which ones I wanted to wear from the ShoeDazzle January 2015 collection. I picked these high pumped bad girls named Desiree! Desiree was too cute and made me feel sexy!

Meet Marie. My friend and beautiful blogger friend over at TheCuryyFashionista. She hosted the event and invited me to this brunch party so I have to say thank you so much for thinking of me. She invited me and 9 other influential bloggers in Atlanta to have a girly time and talked about shoes! This was also Marie’s intimate meet & great to welcome her to Atlanta. She justed moved from Cali to Atlanta a few months ago, so this was good to get a few of the ATL bloggers together to welcome her. She is a beautiful spirit and she has a very successful blog highlighting all things plus-sized fashion and fab! I love her spirit!

At the brunch, Marie had our table setup with lots of different shoes to showcase what’s in store for Spring shoe trends. She said what will be popular and for all shoenistas to expect in season will be color blocking, zigzag Mod patterns, color blocking, fringe, and yes florals! I am actually really excited about these trends and I definitely want to incorporate more floral print in my 2015 Spring attire.

We did a group shoefie of all of the bloggers and their January edition of the ShoeDazzle collection. I loved them all!

I have heard of Shoedazzle but I had no idea what it was. I love all of these shoes. I just can’t wear heals or anything with pointy toes. I feel all awkward and off balance. Also, like I am trying to hard to be cute or something. Perhaps I am just a little too tomboyish.
I have several pairs of ShoeDazzle shoes – I had to stop before I hurt myself because I love shoes! This makes me want to go back on the site and see what’s new. This sounded like such a fun event, something I would love to attend myself. Those shoes are BOSS #BLMGirls
