So we are currently in an era of social distancing, wow what a year 2020 is starting out right? How are you feeling? I had my bouts of anxiety and uncertainty, but honestly I have been amping up my productivity level during this time. Keeping busy and positive is spawning a great shift in my life. I am an entrepreneur and a freelancer for my own brand to keep this blog running. Although I cannot travel like I am used to, exploring, attending events and more, this blog is still going strong. Its empowering and I am proud of myself that my brand is continuing and I am able to push out content and just be a positive voice in this world. So with this self-quarantine, we all might have more time to think about our careers and how we are bossing up more in our lives. Being home might even inspire you to complete a project you didn’t have time for, or even the burst of energy to start a new venture. This is the time to do it as we have less distractions than ever, more time to think at home and be the boss you have always wanted to be!

I’ve been like a boss lately by having my wife work for me for free since she was laid off from her job. Would love to win this movie so I could give something nice to her.
Treating myself like a boss has been harder than ever. I’m supervising our son while he’s distancing learning, plus my husband is working from home so we are all in a new rhythm.
Now that we’re settling in, I’ve been allowing myself some downtime to relax and process all of my emotions. Plus, my to-do list is CRAY right now.
Asking for help is another boss move. My blogging buddies are pitching in to help each other more than ever!
I haven’t seen this movie as yet but I imagine it would be highly appropriate for us independent women who are currently not able to travel and resume our normal lives. Hopefully, this awful pandemic will pass soon and life will become more stable again.
Ooh! Another girl power movie! Last Netflix series that I watched was Girlboss. That was about fashion and business. This movie probably would be another reality thought for the female network ♥️
