{Winter WonderGlam Series} Beauty Bridal Looks Friday 14 November, 2014
So it seems like wedding season is over yet right? Well contrary to popular belief love is still in the air and people are still setting wedding dates in the cool months. As a beauty blogger, I want to kick off my Winter WonderGlam series by showcasing different beauty looks for the colder season and I want to start by highlighting the brides out there. Lets not forget all the pretty bridal beauties as I’m sharing some cute beauty looks and wedding dresses for the pretty women walking down the aisles in the winter.
This is a stunning alternative look to the traditional white dress. She can literally be a blushing bride with a matching blushing dress and makeup. The makeup consist of a rosy blush color with illuminating radiance paired with a nude lip and lush mascara. This look compliments this particular dress as she doesnt need much makeup, and her hair piece is the shining accent to complete the look. I know white is a tradition color for going down the aisle, but it’s okay to put a little color in your gown and blush away from head to toe. This soft tulle Carina Corset Dress has a Scalloped trim, hand-placed lace, and a sweetheart neckline bring femininity and romance to this structured corset from Watters. Pair with our Ahsan Skirt for a ballet-inspired look. You can also match this look with a blush veil.
This is for the bride who requires a little more sparkle on her big day. This is a rich, sophisticated and chic look that is reminisce almost of old Hollywood glam. It is her big day so she should have all eyes on her as if she is the superstar of the affair. If the bride has a glittery gown, accent her look with matching shimmery eyeshadow, along with a ruby red lip for a show stopping flare and pop those lashes with an eyelash curler. She will walk down the aisle with this look as if she is walking down a celebrity red carpet. This Strapless Trumpet Sequin Gown bodice features all over sequin fabric with unique and opulent metallic gold lace appliques. Trumpet skirt adds dimension and elongates figure, creating a stunning silhouette.
This is for the bride who wants a sophisticated sleek but natural look on her wedding. Minimalist makeup but she still glows and radiates to show off her authentic beauty. A natural smokey eye, rosy pink matte cheeks and glossy lips will have this bride pull of this look in her purest form. Here come the bride as dainty as she can be in a Glimmering metallic embroidered lace Anastasia dress on tulle over Orlando satin sheath with dramatic sleeve embellishment, illusion back and V-front neckline. Adorned with sparkling Swarovski crystal belt and long sleeves perfect for any winter bride withstanding the chill weather.
These were the three winter bridal looks I came up with. Baby it’s cold outside, but brides are still getting hitched and love is still in the air even if it’s a little nippier. The looks from Blushing Bride, Glitz & Glam and Demure and Pure any bride having a winter wedding will shine bright and bold even around the holidays!
All of the dresses featured in the bridal beauty looks are from Lover.ly, a pinterest-esque like site for search for all things weddings and beauty for inspiration cataloging and shopping. Take a look at the wonderful wedding dress catalog if you are truly inspired here.
