In the African American Community, hair is a huge topic. Weave or no weave? To perm or go natural? The verdict over the last couple years is that now people are choosing to go completely natural and showcase their natural roots (literally)
It seems like girls are tossing the creamy crack into the trash where it belongs and letting their natural hair be something to be proud of. I decided to host a blogger collaboration shoot with myself and 7 other bloggers to showcase the reasons on why we went natural.
I wanted do a fun photo shot showing different types of natural women featuring some fab Atlanta Bloggers.
Why Did I Go Natural – feat. ATL Bloggers (#KiwiBlogCollab)
I interviewed each of my blogger friends before the shoot to expressed how they decided to go natural. The plan was to do one big blog post on everyone but I thought it would be more fun to highlight everyone on their own blog post and create a series for my Social Spotlight section.
We all had a blast at my 1st Blogger Collab photoshoot (#KiwiBlogCollab) while we showcased how we all wear our hair uniquely in its natural form. There will be more Blogger Collab Themed Shoots & More in the future.
