TV One’s WHEN LOVE KILLS: THE FALICIA BLAKELY STORY Atlanta Red Carpet Screening Monday 14 August, 2017
The is a movie on TV One premiere soon that is going to be a buzz in the next few weeks. When Love Kills, based on the true story of Falicia Blakely it is a story that is compelling to share. The red carpet was presented in Atlanta with the stars of the film such as Lance Gross, Lil Mama, Tasha Smith, Tami Roman came to introduce a pre-screening the made for television TV ONE Original Movie to share with the people of Atlanta. It was a must they did a screening in Atlanta, as Falicia Blakely the actual person and storyline was here when this all happened in 2002 and the movie was all shot in this city.

SYNOPSIS: Based on a gripping true story, “When Love Kills” stars Lil Mama as Falicia Blakely, a young woman who gets caught up with the wrong man who leads her down a dangerous path of drugs, gun and more. At 16 and already a mother, Blakely is at odds with her mom (“Basketball Wives’” Tami Roman) and soon begins working at a strip club when she meets Dino (“House of Payne’s” Lance Gross), a man who she thinks is the man of her dreams. Dino, however, is much more than he seems and soon pulls Falicia into a dangerous life of crime that changes everything she knows about herself.
